Where Do You Ship?

We offer shipping across the continental United States. For customers located within 70 miles of a Modani showroom, we provide specialized In-Home Standard and Premium delivery services. For areas beyond this range, Curbside delivery is available.​

What Are Your Shipping Options and Costs?

In-Home Standard Delivery (within 70 miles of a showroom):

- Delivered directly to your chosen room.
- Includes delivery up to one flight of stairs.
- Assembly not included.​

In-Home Premium Delivery (within 70 miles of a showroom):

- White glove service with delivery to your room of choice.
- Includes assembly and removal of packaging.
- Delivery up to one flight of stairs.​

Curbside Delivery (outside 70-mile showroom radius):

- Delivery to the curb or end of driveway.
- Customer is responsible for transport beyond that point.​

Shipping Charges:

- Orders up to $2,000: $129
- $2,001 to $3,499: $199
- $3,500 to $7,499: $279
- $7,500 and above: $499

Premium delivery incurs an additional 5% of the order subtotal.​

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable once items have left our warehouse.

When Will My Order Arrive?

In-stock items typically take up to 3 business days to process. Due to high order volumes and safety precautions, processing may extend to 1–2 weeks. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and selected delivery method. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way.​

What Is Your Return Policy?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in like-new condition and in its original packaging. Returns for convenience are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be shipped to our Miami, FL distribution center at your expense. Please contact our Customer Service at 800-606-7319 to initiate a return.​Items purchased as clearance, marked as Final Sale, or as Floor Samples are not eligible for return.​
